Academic Heart & Vascular PLLC specializes in innovative techniques to treat heart disease in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology and peripheral vascular intervention.

Our cardiology team perform a variety of services including diagnostic testing therapeutics and monitoring. Many of these services are provided non-invasively and include 12 lead EKGs, treadmill cardiovascular stress testing, echocardiograms, holter monitoring and event recording. Invasive procedures we provide include pacemaker insertion, diagnostic cardiac catheterization, cardioversion (restoring correct heart rhythm) and percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA, a procedure to open constricted vessels in the body other than the heart).
